I just got a call claiming to be from TalkTalk support saying my phone line would be cut off today and to hit 1 to sort it out. Something dodgy seems to be hitting TalkTalk users right now. Does anyone know how TalkTalk is handling this mess?

Got a recorded call from TalkTalk, which is weird cos I’ve never had an account with them and don’t plan to! The message said my account was going to be closed. I just hung up straight away (the voice was some awful American accent, honestly!). I bet they were gonna ask me to ring some expensive number, but I didn’t stick around to hear it.
