Somebody called me claiming to be with BT, saying there was an attempt to use my internet without permission.

Someone called saying they were from BT Internet security. Since we don't use BT, my wife thought it was dodgy and just hung up.

Someone said they were from BT, but I had a bad feeling and just hung up. Later I tried to check the number by calling 1471, but when I rang it back, it just wouldn't connect. Seems dodgy to me!
