I recently received a rather peculiar automated call that started with some rather jolly tunes. A pleasant-sounding woman introduced herself as being from the Technical department, claiming my internet was at risk of being disconnected. She urged me to press 1 to chat with an advisor. However, I wisely chose to ignore that request. It seems like yet another sneaky scam doing the rounds!
