Got a call from someone saying they were from Amazon UK in London. They claimed that someone in London had tried to make a £49 purchase on my account (which is strange since I don’t have any cards linked to it). They asked if I wanted to cancel it since it wasn’t me. I’ve never ordered anything from Amazon recently, so I told the caller to go ahead and cancel it. Then they said I’d have to cancel it myself and offered to send me a link. I’m pretty sure this is a scam, and if Amazon try charging me for anything, I’ll be making a big complaint.
