Got a call from 01258 309053, some Asian bloke claiming there was an issue with my Amazon account. He tried to trick me into letting him access my PC, but luckily I caught on pretty quick. This scam is well rehearsed and honestly, it could catch out loads of folk. The weird bit was him talking about a refund for something called *prime”, which I don’t even use - strange where he pulled that from. Just a heads up, Amazon won’t ever ring you like this, so watch out for these dodgy scams!
