Got a call earlier today from 01258291735, with someone saying they were from BT Broadband. Told them straight away it was their second call, and asked for proof they really worked for BT before I’d have a proper chat. After a brief pause of about 10 seconds, they just hung up. Later I rang BT directly to check if that number was genuine. They said it’s not one of their numbers, so it was definitely a scam call.
