I recently received a rather dodgy phone call claiming to be from Amazon Prime, delivered by a rather unconvincing American-sounding robot. The message warned that my subscription would be hiked up and money taken from my bank unless I pressed 1 to chat with a so-called manager. Interestingly enough, they didn’t bother to ask for my name or any account specifics. Given that I don't even have a subscription to Amazon Prime, the whole scam was so blatant it's almost laughable. I very much doubt that Amazon Prime operates out of a place like Blandford! - Caller: Amazon Prime Con Artist
