Someone on the line kept asking for a “Mr ....” but I couldn’t catch the name cause of their accent. When I told them they dialled the wrong number, they just ended the call. I tried calling back straight away but it came up as “number not recognised”. Strange.

I've been receiving calls from what appears to be a PPI recovery firm, and they do seem to have information regarding loans I've taken out. The callers all have an Indian accent, and they persistently ring me back, which leaves me rather uncertain about their legitimacy.
