They keep ringing me up but never bother to leave a message. It’s really annoying.

Somebody rang me up about a grant for swapping old windows and doors, said it was for stuff over 10 years old. Then they started asking if I needed new gutters too. Thing is, the number started with 0044, which makes it seem like they were calling from overseas. But the voice had that proper Lancs accent, so I’m a bit confused where they were really calling from.
