That caller certainly raised my eyebrows! They got in touch and wanted me to verify my name. Oddly enough, they were spot on with my complete name, but I wasn't having any of it. I cut the conversation short without hesitation!

I didn’t pick up the call at first, but I rang back later. The message I got was “Thanks for calling, you can enter the extension now if you know it.” It kept looping that message over and over, so I eventually ended the call. No clue who was trying to reach me.
