I picked up the call since the number began with my area code. To my astonishment, the caller claimed I had outstanding debts linked to a credit card and a loan. They supposedly represented Citizens Advice, but the truth is, I don’t possess either of those! I firmly told them to not bother me again, hung up, and promptly blocked the number.
