I had the identical experience this evening, on the 28th of May, 2015. Quite uncanny, really!

I received a call on the evening of 19th February 2015 from this number, and the caller seemed to know my name. They inquired if I had ever been employed in a noisy environment. After I mentioned that I was ex-directory and registered with the Telephone Preference Service, they abruptly ended the call. Interestingly, it's a number that's quite familiar and local to my area.
