7 yearsI picked up the call since the number showed my local area code, but it was a recorded message pretending to be from Ofcom. It warned my broadband would be cut off in a day because of a hacked line and told me to press 1 to call bt. I just ended the call and rang bt directly to check, and they told me it was a scam.OfcomBTSubmit Your Own Report (01257 466718)
