Today, I received an automated message claiming my BT phone and internet services were about to be disconnected. They prompted me to press 1 if I wanted to speak to someone who could provide additional details and resolve the issue. After doing a bit of digging on the number, I found out it isn't linked to BT at all! Just a heads-up to everyone out there-stay vigilant!
