Got a call from a woman claiming she was from BT saying there was an issue with our internet. I told her everything was fine, then the call got cut off. All the genuine BT calls I've had always ask to speak to the homeowner first, never just jump straight to saying there's a problem. Seems a bit dodgy to me, probably a scam.
