I received a call from a woman’s voice, clearly British, who informed me that my bank-though she didn’t specify which one-had noted two payment requests for services I’ve never availed myself of. The typical options were given: press 1 to cancel the payments, or 2 to get in touch with a representative. Quite suspicious, I must say!
