The individual claimed to be contacting me from Virgin, asserting they had identified numerous errors with my internet connection that required rectification. Given that I've been a Virgin customer for approximately three years without ever having had an unsolicited call like that, I firmly told the caller I wasn’t interested and ended the conversation.
