I've been getting these really irritating calls from a stranger who keeps calling me by some other name. I told them it's not my number, but they insist they've got the right one. It's super frustrating!

Someone called claiming to be from the Accident assessment centre, saying they were dealing with my insurance. They even mentioned my insurer and policy number, but couldn’t give me my claim or accident reference number. When I tried to get more details and asked a couple of questions, he got all aggressive and started threatening me.
