I received a call as well. It was a robotic voice informing me that I had a refund waiting from Lloyds, which is my bank. They instructed me to press 5, and as soon as I did, I was connected to a rather suspicious call centre. I promptly ended the call. Normally, when Lloyds has something to communicate, they send a letter to my home address rather than ringing me up.

Indeed, I can vouch for the fact that it’s a debt recovery firm. Best to give them a wide berth; their name isn't of much concern to me. Understanding their motives suffices.
