They rang me up trying to push some life insurance, saying it would save me cash. I asked them how they got my number and details, but they wouldn't say. After that, I just ended the call.

They called saying they were with life insurance and wanted to do a 6 month review on my policies. After that, they started talking about saving me cash on my current plans. They even seemed to know a bit about the policies I had. Honestly, they sounded pretty legit. But the moment you try and ask anything, they suddenly go quiet and won’t provide any answers.

Just got a call about my life insurance then the line went dead. I phoned my real life insurance provider afterwards and they told me it wasn’t them ringing, just some scammer cold calling.

Called first time, some person who doesn’t even exist was asked for. Second time, they claimed to be from Active Life Insurance. When I asked how they got my number, the guy just said it showed up on his screen! Told him I’m on the TPS register so he shouldn’t be ringing me, tried to get the name of his company once more but he flat out refused to say. Proper cheeky.
