This is definitely a scam. They've rung me a bunch of times saying they're from TalkTalk. Don’t fall for it by switching on your computer like they tell you. Best just to hang up and ignore them.

When I rang this number back, there was a message saying it couldn't be reached.

Pretty sure it was a scam. I mentioned it to them and then they just called me a scammer before hanging up.

Some bloke said his name was Jim, but his accent didn’t match at all. He claimed to be from TalkTalk, but I’m pretty sure that wasn’t true. With my dodgy hearing, his thick accent, and the line going all crackly, I couldn’t make a word he said out. Ended up hanging up. Seems like a typical scam call to me.
