Even though it appears to be a number from Basingstoke, I'm not convinced it's genuine. I received one of those automated calls claiming that my card was charged £500 for purchases at Ebay and Amazon. It prompted me to press 5 if I didn't recognise the transaction to talk to customer services. Definitely a SCAM!
