I got a call from this number back on 8th June 2021. The message said something like, "Urgent reply needed. Your number has been flagged for suspicious actions, please get back to us right away." When I called back, a woman picked up but as soon as I asked what suspicious activity they were talking about, the line cut off straight away. Feels like this was just a dodgy scam or someone trying to bother me.
