This is CARS calling, claiming I owe money. I've complained to the ombudsman about their constant harrassment. I dont even have a driving licence and they keep ringin me 4 or 5 times daily. Absolutely shameless people.

Got a call from a bloke with a strong Indian accent, and honestly, it was hard to catch what he was saying. He kept asking if I was “the person who owns the house” but never said who he was or what company he was from. Felt really pushy. When I didn’t answer straight away, I asked what he wanted, but he just repeated the same question without giving any details about himself. Feels dodgy and like one of those scams that try to get personal info first. Really risky for older folks who might be too polite to refuse and don’t realise who’s on the other end. Properly worryin’.

Sounds like a scam to me, they were pretending to be collecting debts but probly just after personal info.

They rang me up but wouldn’t say what the call was regarding. When I asked, they kept dodging the question. Then they tried to get my personal info, and when I pressed again about the reason for the call, all they said was I should already know. Then they started banging on about data protection. I told them back, if you want my info without telling me who you are or what this is about, I’m not handing anything over - my data protection comes first too.

This number has called and messaged me quite a few times, asking to speak with me. I just told them that I'm not available right now. I’ve noticed lots of others mention it’s about car insurance, but I don’t even own a car and haven’t got any mail from them either. I’m gonna take the advice I’ve seen here and block the number.
