Just saw the comment above and thought I’d check it out myself. The 01256 code is for Basingstoke, which is where I’m from. I tried ringing the missed number but left out the area code. Got an “unobtainable” dial tone straight away, so it definitely isn’t a real Basingstoke number. Weird!

Got a call from some bloke who was enquiring about loft insulation I supposedly got done through a Government scheme. I never had anything installed, so I just said I wasn’t interested. Plus, I’m registered with the TPS.
