4 yearsThis number rang me earlier and since it’s local I picked up. An automated voice told me my Amazon Prime was being renewed and that £90 had been taken from my bank. I don’t even have an Amazon account or shop there. Then it said “Press 1 for account info or 2 to talk to someone.” I pressed 2 and some young lady answered saying she’d look into my details.
