Got a call from someone saying they were with BT and that my bills were going to be cut down a lot (yeah right!). They had my name and address right, but when they asked for my date of birth, I wasn’t having any of it - I never share personal details on calls. I asked them for a number to call back and confirm, or else said I’d ring BT myself to make sure it was legit. They just hung up on me. The caller sounded like they were calling from India.
