she was talking about something with utilities or that kind of thing, but i couldn’t really understand her properly. then she told me to check their website or something. i quickly said no thanks.

It really frustrates me when I get calls like this, especially as someone with a disability. I try to answer quickly but the call just cuts off, like someone is messing about. It feels like a pointless game and honestly, whichever company you’re with should fix this for everyone. You can’t block the numbers anyway since they don’t show up, so you have to pick up just in case it’s important, like a hospital or doctor’s office. That’s all I’ve got to say about it for now.

It's quite baffling that BT hasn’t taken action to shut down this number, given that it's clearly a scam. One would think they’d prioritise customer safety and put a stop to these dodgy calls.
