I’m a bit dubious about whether this call is legitimate. Over the past weeks, I’ve been inundated with calls, including two today! It sounds like a call centre given the background chatter, and the person on the line claims to be from TalkTalk's Technical Centre. They reckoned there were issues with my internet router, but honestly, there aren’t any. They even inquired if I’d been online between 3am and 5am- which I certainly haven’t! Then they went on about someone potentially hacking into my broadband, but I find that quite hard to believe. They seemed rather taken aback when I affirmed I haven’t granted any remote access to my computer.
