Got a call that I missed, so I rang back. The person on the other end was asking for either Ashley or Thomas. I could hear other voices on calls in the background, definitely sounded dodgy. Total scammer.

Had a call from someone pushing life insurance really hard. Felt like they wouldn’t take no for an answer. Proper annoying!

Got called three times back to back, so I answered thinking it might be something important. Turned out to be a life insurance firm. More irritating than straight-up pestering. I’d clicked on an ad looking for some quotes on funeral plans. The guy on the line pushed hard to sell me life insurance, wanted me to decide right then and there. Bit too forceful if you ask me, so I just said I'd think about it. Then he quickly ended the call after saying he’d send me an email.
