this woman with an english accent rang me about a funeral plan i supposedly discussed a couple of weeks back. i told her ive already got one sorted years ago. she kept saying oh so youve done it then? i said yes, its been sorted for ages. she then tried saying they could still give me some quotes. i just said theres no point since ive already got a plan in place.
