I had a rather odd encounter with a caller who knew my name straightaway and was rather eager to verify additional information. They claimed to be representatives from a company called Rest Assured, which supposedly deals with insurance. Strangely enough, they didn’t seem to have any knowledge regarding my existing policy. Quite baffling, if you ask me!
