I picked up just one time and it was an Asian lady on the line but her accent was hard to understand. What worries me is how they manage to call even if the number is blocked.

Got two calls from this number on my mobile today. I just let it go to voicemail but there was nothing recorded. The call showed up as coming from Basingstoke. Pretty sure it’s just a scam so I’ve gone ahead and blocked it now.
