some young bloke named tom gave me a ring, saying the insulation in my loft might be causing damp and suggested a fresh survey was needed. bit odd since i live on the ground floor flat, no loft here. when i began quizzing him, he just cut me off. pity really, he seemed quite polite.

Someone rang me called Tom, saying something about topping up my loft insulation. But when I asked him when the loft was even insulated in the first place, he just ended the call!
