When I told him I wasn’t a Virgin customer, he brushed it off like it was irrelevant. He asked if I knew about this, and I said I had no clue. Then he called me a m**** f**** and hung up on me. Honestly, don’t pick up if you get a call from this number - it’s just upsetting.
