I received a call the other day that turned out to be a dodgy health or life insurance scheme. The callers insisted they had discovered details about my insurance policy based on the incorrect information I provided them, like my wrong date of birth and the year I supposedly took out the policy.
I told them to stop ringing me and promptly blocked their number. But lo and behold, just a few days later, they contacted me again from a different number. I've had to block several of their numbers now - they just don’t seem to take a hint!
