I got a call from someone who said they were from TalkTalk, telling me my line was damaged and might be cut off soon. They said to press 1 or 2 to fix it. The lady had an accent but spoke clear English and seemed quite believable.

Woke up to a call at 7:57 am from someone saying they were with BT Openreach, telling me there were others on my internet line. I could hear loads of people chatting in the back, like a call centre or something. Felt a bit dodgy though, so I just ended the call.

Some bloke with an Asian accent rang up pretending to be from BT Openreach, telling me my internet was in trouble. He started spouting a load of rubbish about it being hacked or something. I told him I was well aware of these scams and just like that, he cut me off.
