Got a call from some medical lot claiming I qualified for an alarm device and that their team would arrive straight away. Bit hard to believe, seeing as they said they were based in India - reckon it’d take ages for anyone to turn up. The woman on the line got annoyed when I kept feeding them made-up info and then handed me over to a bloke with an Indian accent. When I asked how the caller had suddenly changed from a woman to a man, he just ignored it. Hung up before they started asking for my bank details. Blocked the number quick.

I've had this dodgy number ring me up four times just in the past few days. I usually just ignore it since I've already mentioned it here a while back. They never bother to leave any voicemail either.

Got a call at 9.14 in the morning, right after finishing a night shift, so of course I didn’t bother answering. Didn’t even leave a voicemail. After seeing what others have said, I’ve just blocked the number now. I joined the TPS ages ago thinking that’d stop this, but it clearly hasn’t made a difference. My number isn’t public and only shared with a few close contacts, so I’m totally confused how they even got hold of it. Really annoyed about this!

Saw a missed call from this number but didn’t pick up since I didn’t know it. No voicemail either. After checking online, looks like it might be one of those scam calls.

Got a call from a woman with an Indian accent claiming I qualified for a medical alarm. Sounded like the same old scam others have mentioned. As soon as she started asking for my bank info, I just disconnected.

As soon as I picked up, they just hung up. I’m glad someone else posted a warning about this number though, it’s really useful info. Big thanks to that person for looking out!

Got a call from an Asian lady trying to sell a medical alarm. I told her I’d need to check with my mum and that I’d call back later in the day. I asked for her number three times but she kept dodging the question and then just cut me off. Funny thing is, my mum was actually asked by an occupational health nurse about getting one of those alarm pendants, but she wasn’t interested. Bit of a coincidence if you ask me! Number was 01256438967.

Got a call early this morning around 7.50 but I didn’t pick up. After checking some reviews, just a heads up, the NHS isn’t the one that provides medical alarms, it’s actually managed by the local council.

They hung up as soon as I said hello. Proper cheeky lot!

Got a call earlier and a woman asked if I was the head of the household, but I just ended the call straight away.

Got a call at 11:35 this morning from a guy with an Indian accent claiming he was ringing from the NHS. He said I qualified for a free medical alert device that’d be sent straight to my home. When I told him I didn’t believe he was really with the NHS, he just hung up on me. If anyone else gets a call from this number, best just to block it or tell them exactly where to shove their so-called alarm!

Got a call from this number around 8 this morning, so I looked it up and found out someones trying to push NHS aids. Then it buzzed my phone again at 10am, said they were from Domestic and General asking if I was the lady of the house. Told the bloke no, I'm the bloke of the house. I said some things I probably shouldn't have and ended the call before he could say anything back.

Got a call about some insurance deal, but I didn’t even get the chance to let him explain before I hung up. Smelled like a total scam to me.

Got a call earlier today from someone called Mary, speaking with a thick Asian accent. She said she was from the NHS and told me I qualified for a free medical gadget you wear like a watch. Supposedly, if you press a button on it, it alerts the right people and help arrives. I quickly Googled it and couldn’t find anything about this, so I told her it sounded like a scam. She just hung up right away.

My mum got two calls from a woman with a heavy Indian accent and not-so-great English. She claimed she was ringing from the NHS and that my mum qualified for some kind of community alarm or a blood pressure monitor. The lady asked for my mum’s address to send the device and some forms. I gave her the postcode, but then she wanted me to confirm the house number. I told her if she was truly NHS, she’d already have that info. Then she messed up and gave me the wrong number and began stammering a bit, so I just hung up. Felt really fishy to me!

They didn’t leave any voicemail, but you could tell from all the chatter in the background it was definitely a call centre ringing me.

Got a call from this number, but the second my answerphone kicked in, they just hung up. No message left or anything. We’re signed up to the TPS and our details aren’t listed publicly, so it’s clear this is just another scammer from Asia trying to dodge the rules.

There was a lot of noise in the background and the woman had a strong accent. She claimed to be calling from the UK and said she wasn’t trying to sell me anything, just wanted to ask a few questions. I decided to just end the call there!
