Received a call claiming to be from HSBC's Barclays refinancing centre, apparently hailing from Pakistan. We promptly informed them that we manage our affairs directly with Barclays and terminated the call. They attempted to reach us again, but we chose to disregard their persistence.

We’re keen to uncover the identity of the company that’s been calling us without leaving a message.

We haven't the faintest idea who these individuals are, yet they claim to represent the British consulate and offer unsecured loans? They mentioned they could help lower our credit card balances, but the moment we asked them to stop calling, they flatly refused and continued to ring us every two minutes. When we told them to clear off, the response was astonishingly crude: "Can we F**k you, we'll give you £50." After enduring another five incredibly abusive calls, we decided to contact the police. What a nightmare!

We've been receiving calls from an aggressive salesperson who insists on promoting loans that we have no interest in whatsoever, despite our repeated attempts to make that clear. This is the first instance of a seemingly genuine number calling us; previously, all we've encountered are the usual nuisance calls. I've reached out to BT, but they've unfortunately been unable to provide any assistance on this matter. It’s quite frustrating!
