Got a call from someone saying they were from BT, but they had this weird American accent. They told me my broadband would be cut off straight away, and then said press 1 to hear more or 2 to talk to customer service. When I pressed 2, the so-called rep, still sounding American, asked me to do a survey. Totally a scam, just ended the call immediately.
