It’s the third time I’ve gotten through to them, despite having blocked the number already. A woman’s voice insisted they were there to get my router sorted. I quipped back, saying they ought to pop over and take care of it themselves! They seemed to think I was the one who should sort it out. I explained that my nurse comes around once a month to sort these things out for me, but the costs are adding up, I tell you. I told her if she could do the job for less than my nurse charges, she was more than welcome to come fix my router.
