I received a rather suspect call today, supposedly from BT's technical department. They warned me that my internet would be suspended unless I hit either option one or two for further information. Having previously confirmed with BT that they never contact customers directly by phone, I decided it was best to hang up. Quite the dodgy affair, if you ask me!
