I received a rather odd call claiming to be from BT, stating that my internet speed was subpar. They went on to inquire about which provider we use. When I mentioned that we actually have no internet connection at all, they rudely accused me of being bonkers and called me a 'f-king camel' before hanging up. Quite disgraceful behaviour, to say the least!
