I got a call from 01256344337 but they just hung up straight away without saying anything. Seems like the UK Government and OFCOM might be backing call centres that keep pestering people even when they’re not on the same network. I’ve heard things about groups like ‘The British Council’ getting money from them and then handing it out to others. Quite a weird situation if you ask me.

01256344337 - I picked up, but the caller just dropped the line after a moment without saying a word. What I recommend to avoid these annoying calls is to use an answering machine or a call blocker. Set the machine to pick up after around 2 seconds because these types usually hang up straight away, and this way they’ll get charged for the call. Don’t bother returning their call either - legit people tend to ring your mobile shortly after if it’s important.
