I had a rather peculiar phone call on the 26th of July, 2016, from this number. The individual on the other end claimed to be affiliated with Microsoft, raising concerns about my computer's lack of protection. When I inquired if he could verify his identity, surprisingly, he couldn't provide any proof. I assured him that my PC was functioning perfectly well, but he insisted otherwise. Given my background as a software engineer, I felt quite confident regarding my computer's status. Things took a bizarre turn when he began to 'interrogate' me with nonsensical questions like, "Why is the apple logo an apple?" and "What did Steve Jobs do after his tenure at Apple?" At this point, my patience was wearing thin and I was utterly convinced that this chap was neither truly representing Microsoft nor had a clue about what he was discussing. When I requested to be put through to his manager, he promptly ended the call. Could anyone help me figure out the origin of this call?
