Got a call from a woman with a strong Indian accent saying she was from BT. She told me there was an issue with our router and asked if our internet was running slow. I asked her for a contact number so I could call back, but she acted confused and said she was already on the phone with me! When I said I wanted to verify her identity, she just hung up. The number she called from looked fake.
