I answered the call but nobody spoke or replied, it was just silent.

Got a call from a woman claiming she was with Virgin, said my internet was weak and asked me to look at the lights on my modem. I said I’m a bit hard of hearing and asked if she could send me the info in an email or message instead. She just went quiet for a sec then hung up on me! Haha, bit rude but I wasn’t falling for it anyway.
