I got a call from a lady speaking with an Indian accent, saying she was from BT. I mentioned I don’t have BT broadband, but she insisted it doesn't matter since BT handles all internet traffic. She then claimed there was a problem with my IP address. When I told her I thought she was just some scammer, she suddenly said she was hanging up and even called me a ####. Quite rude!
