I got a call from a lady with an Indian accent claiming it was about my BT Broadband. I quickly told her she wasn’t from BT and she asked how I knew that. I didn’t give anything away or explain how I figured it out. Then, she emailed me something titled "Your Message from BT" that had a pin code in it. Right now, I’m trying to get hold of BT Customer Services to double-check everything.
