Had a rather intrusive call at 8:15 this morning from what appeared to be an overseas call centre. The caller claimed to represent Microsoft, insisting they had detected some sort of virus wreaking havoc on my computer. It’s been quite a nuisance as I’m currently looking after my elderly parent, who seems to get bombarded with these types of calls incessantly.
